What shipping methods are available?

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Shipments occur Monday-Saturday depending on the shipment method selected at checkout. Please allow an extra week for processing if we are experiencing a high volume of orders (we will notify you of any delays by email).

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email to track your order depending on the shipment method selected at checkout. You can also track your order on our order tracking page here: https://www.whoisgtg.com/order-tracking/

How long will it take before my item is shipped?

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. Please allow extra time for processing during high volume seasons and for backordered items.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.

Orders and Returns

I have changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

While we do offer replacements on products that are damaged during shipping or that are failing (for instance, an emulsion that has separated) we do not offer refunds or accept returns for variations in viscosity, scent, color-these will all vary from batch to batch. Natural ingredients are not identical and can cause variations in the final products, just as one orange is different from another.

You are entitled to request a replacement on refund of Your Order within 10 days without giving any reason for doing so. We reserve the right to review refund/replacement requests on a case by case basis.

Do I get a refund?

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Order cancellations are reviewed on a case by case basis.

How can I track my return order?

We do not accept physical returns due to the nature of our products. Please see our return policy for more information.


What's the difference between the Insider and Subscriber memberships?

Subscribers get access to the elibrary and forum features. This membership tier is free for anyone to sign up.

Insiders receive access to exclusive content such as the walkthroughs and scripts, ‘Insider pricing’ on the e-store, free giveaways/raffles, discount codes, and extra resources. This membership tier is billed monthly.
