Checking in and hitting reset is essential and should be done often. It’s really important to be kind to ourselves. We are constantly receiving mental and physical damage on the daily. Energy restoration starts with self-reflection. And maybe you’ve already done that and you’ve pinpointed the different ways your energy is leaking in your life. But even so, meditating in general is a great first step (and continued practice) in preserving and restoring energy to be able to manifest desired life outcomes.
